·        Static Guards

Our personnel are stationed at commercial and industrial establishments and are responsible for the safety of  lives and also the property of customers.  These guards  man the guard post at the entrance to the premises and strategic spots within.  Hourly patrols are conducted along with clocking.  Such patrols are to ensure no breach of security takes place.  Entry and exit of staff, visitors and vendors are monitored and recorded.  Outgoing vehicles are also scrutinised to ensure no unauthorised goods are taken out of the premises.  Body checks are conducted if  the situation warrants it. 

·        Mobile Patrols

Sri Lara Joint Security Services Sdn. Bhd established the Homeguards division in 1999 to undertake security services at residential areas.  Guards patrol residential areas on motorcycles fitted with beacon lights.  The guards are trained to spot suspicious characters and identify high risk spots within the neighbourhood.  They are trained to respond to customer’s call for help and react accordingly.  Officers in cars or vans will monitor the guards on patrol and meet residents for complaints and suggestions.  Currently, we are managing approximately 20,000 homes in the Klang Valley and Selangor.

·        24-Hour Call Centre Service

 With call centre service operating around the clock, clients can call anytime for assistance or to seek  information pertaining to the company or its business.  Feedback can also be given.  Your calls will never go unanswered.

·        Quick Response Team [QRT]

In case of emergency, we send the QRT to investigate.  These men are trained to handle emergency situations with tact.  Follow-up action is taken and if  the situation warrants it,  the police will be informed.

·        Investigation Team

In case of robbery or  theft, the team will be dispatched immediately to the scene for investigation and follow-up action and the police notified.  

 ·        Escort Service [Unarmed]

This service is rendered to customers who fear they are being followed or afraid to drive home as suspicious characters are lurking in the vicinity of their homes.  Business properties also request for this service when they carry valuable goods or cash.

·        Bodyguard Service

This service is requested by VIPs and dignitaries to protect themselves against bodily harm and kidnap.  Plainclothes personnel are assigned to them for the duration needed.  Bodyguards are specially trained to react to situations that may emerge from time to time.

·        Security Consultancy

Besides providing security services as mentioned above, we are also in the business of providing security consultancy to our clients or potential clients.  The service includes supplying of skilled security personnel offering security solutions and suggestions, security training and also supplying of security equipment.

·        Logistics Support - Man’s Best Friend!

 

Guard dog service is a specialised service and is implemented at high risk  secluded guard posts.  Imported and trained dogs  are  utilised.  Others who use this service are clients during concerts and other festivals where large crowds attend.  Dog handlers who have the necessary knowledge and training are employed for this specialised service.

We have a wide range of company vehicles to suit the  various needs of our services.  Vans, patrols cars and motorcycles assist us in providing effective patrol service to curb  and reduce the incidence of crime in the areas we service.
