KDN TRAINING IN DIGI FOR OFFICERS & GUARDS

The training was conducted in Digi Batu Tiga earlier this evening. The topic of the training was 'Basic Communication With Customers'. This is to enhance the communication skills of the guard with difficult customers so that they will be able to speak with confidence. We started off the training by asking every participant to share their experience dealing with difficult customers. Soon after that,we conducted the training.
