Bkt Bandar Raya / Bangsar - Various recent crimes.

A member noticed in his CCTV recording someone entering the compound.

The guy opened the main gate and was trying to open the door. Guards were

alerted to check the compound, the guy left before the guards came.

Date / Time  : 07^th January 2013 between 12.01 – 12.30 am

Incident Street : Jalan Medang Serai, Bukit Bandar Raya, 59000 Kuala Lumpur.

2 guys came in a silver Toyota Wish and tried to open a member’s gate. Member alerted

the control centre, guards and Police. The guys left before the Police and guards came.

Date / Time  : 08^th January 2013 between 9.30 pm – 10.00 pm

Incident Street : Jalan Limau Manis, Bukit Bandaraya Raya, 59000 Kuala Lumpur

A member house been break-in this evening. The incident happened when the customer not around.

the robbers broke the back window and went in, no one was in. Member will come once a while to 

check his  house.  

Date /Time         : 10th January 2013  between 4.00 pm – 6.00 pm.

A maid from a non-member’s house was doing gardening, when 3 guys with masks entered

the compound and forced her into the house. The owner heard the noise and alerted the Police.

The robbers managed to take a hand phone and ran to a waiting car, before the Police came.

Incident Street :  Lorong Limau Manis, Bangsar Park, 59000 Kuala Lumpur.

Our guard whilst patrolling saw 2 cars parked outside/away from non-member’s house, had their

side window glass broken – brown Proton Wira WHJ 8863 and a Singapore reg car SJA 7031-R.

turbo pink. Both had their cushions removed, coins smart tag and other items missing.

Police were informed
