KUBAH - Various break in

There were several break ins at Kubah.

1st Incident

Intruders entered a member’s house through the sliding side door, when no one was around.

The house was ransacked. Items stolen were cash, jewellery, hand phones, camera and 2

racing bicycles from the compound. Police report was lodged.

2nd Incident

No one was in when Intruders damaged the grille but nothing was stolen.

3rd Incident

Intruders entered a member’s house by cutting the wire fence. No one was in. The sliding glass

door was damaged. Items stolen were cash and a laptop. Police report was lodged.

Date /Time :  27th October 2012 between 7.30pm – 9.30 pm  

Incident Street :  Jalan Kubah U8/59, Bukit Jelutong, 40150 Shah Alam.

4th Incident

Member was away from 25^th October 12 until and returned today about 2.00 am. Intruders

cut the side grille, open the sliding door and entered the empty house. Items stolen were

watches, 1 laptop and the CCTV decorder. Police report lodged.

There are many crimes, ALWAYS BE ALERT and adhere to the following:-

1) Keep your house main gate clamp locked when possible.

2) Make sure your doors / grille are always locked, never leave it open, expecially the grille.

    Windows must be locked too. Never leave keys on the door.

3) At night, leave the lights on at the back / front porch.

4) Take extra caution when there is any house under renovation nearby, foreigners working there.

5) We encourage you to install an alarm and CCTV.

6) When you are going away for holidays, do report to us for Tiger-eye service.
