A member’s house was partly
destroyed by fire about 10.22 am. The house erupted in
flames/thick smoke that spread
through the rooms upstairs. The cause seem to steam
from old electrical wire. Fire engine came and put
off the fire. Part of the roof top, many
house hold items were destroyed by
the fire / water from the fire engine.

The best way to
practice fire safety is to make sure a fire doesn't break out in the first
place.
That means you should
always be aware of potential hazards in your home.
1) Old electric
wiring, plugs, need replacement.
2) Burning oil
lamps, candles near alter and close to
curtains.
3) Off the
cooking gas in the kitchen, when not
in use.
4) No over loading
of extension wires etc
6) Any wiring
to be done only by certified wireman. Use quality
item.
