HAVE YOU SEEN THIS BOY?
SUBANG JAYA, JAN 17 2013: A family outing for dinner on Wednesday (Jan 16) in Putra Heights turned into a nightmare for the parents of 6-year-old William Yau Zhen Zhong when they discovered he was missing from the car.
William was with his siblings (7 and 1.5 years old) in the family car when his parents stepped out to have a quick look at a washing machine at the Onking outlet in Putra Mahkota.
His father Yau kok Kang who was contacted by SJ Echo, had just returned home after spending the whole day looking for William in the vicinity and surrounding areas, with the help of the police and K9 unit mobilised to assist in the search.
"We had just finished dinner nearby and my wife and I decided to have a look at a washing machine at Onking in Putra Mahkota to replace our old machine at home."
"We had stepped out of the car. I lit a cigarette just outside the car while my wife went in. I joined her for awhile and we returned to the car after that," he said, adding that when he reversed the vehicle, his wife said William was not in the car.
William is about 70cm in height and has a scar on his left forehead.
